This conversation led onto what both sides should
aim to achieve at the next JLG meeting. The CS impressed
upon Ke that it would be important, particularly
that visible progress were
rebuilding
local confidence,

of this matter, and Ke would appreciate how difficult it
was to avoid answering a direct press question on facts.
