Annex A

(a) the functions exercisable by the Secretary for

Administrative Services and Information by virtue of the

enactments specified in the second column of Schedule 1 be

transferred

-

(i) in the cases specified in Part I of that Schedule,

to the Secretary for Recreation and Culture; and

(ii) in the cases specified in Part II of that

Schedule, to the Chief Secretary;

(b) the enactments specified in the second column of Schedule 1

be amended in the manner specified opposite thereto in the

third column of that Schedule;
