(TRAFFIC CONTRAVENTIONS) ORDINANCE

The Secretary for Transport

addressed the Council :

(a) That $200 is

contravention

moved the following motion and

prescribed as a fixed penalty for a of any of the provisions of section 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11 (1) of the Fixed Penalty (Traffic Contraventions) Ordinance; and

(b) that this resolution shall come into operation on 1 July

1989.

ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE

The Secretary for Transport moved the following motion and addressed the Council:

That the following regulations, made by the Governor in Council on 17 January 1989, be approved

(a) the Road Traffic (Parking on Private Roads) (Amendment)

Regulations 1989; and

(b)

the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1989.
