FOREIGN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE: FCO/ODA EXPENDITURE 89/90

1. The FAC's Report on FCO/ODA Expenditure will be

published on Friday 21 July at 12 noon.

A limited number of advance copies (Confidential Final

Revises CFRS) will be available to the FCO, the press and

other witnesses from 2.00 pm on Wednesday 19 July on the

understanding that no public use is made of them before the time of publication.

3. PRU will collect the FCO's CFRS and deliver copies to

you, Mr Crabbie, Mr Blatherwick, Ministers and News Department. Although it is unlikely that there will be any

enquiries from the press, you should let News Department have whatever briefing you consider necessary, within the
