Will first need to reach own conclusions on what is best way forward, and conclude discussions with Hong Kong Government. decisions are taken, it would clearly be premature to discuss matters with Chinese authorities. But it may well prove necessary to do so.

Some commercial developers have expressed an interest in coming
into a joint venture with us. That is one of the options which we shall be looking at.
