you are just going to?
SIR DAVID VILSON:
What we would like to see is arrangements first of
all to speed up resettlement, because resettlement has
been appallingly slow. We have thousands of people who
have stayed in our refugee camps, and these are now open
camps, for 5 years or more waiting for resettlement
despite promises from the international community.
