Governor's recommendations that I certainly did not intend

to be read into my remarks.

I wanted to make that quite clear.

Absolutely.

MR BOVEN WELLS:

The other reason I want to get it quite clear is

this. The Governor made it very plain to us that he was

keen that the Government of Britain operated Section 4.5

in relation to Crown Servants very generously, So that is

one of the reasons why I wanted to clear up what you were

saying.
