HKG and OMELCO as postbox to relay invitations.
Press
Press arrangements, including marshalling of the press during visits, will be assisted by GIS.
Transport
BTC.
Hotel-airport transfers will be taken care of by Other land transport requirements (and helicopter flight on 18 April) will be provided free by HKG.
Technical service
Radio Television Hong kong (HKG) is working jointly with BBC on the recording and broadcasting of the formal evidence sessions.
Interpretation
Free services of consecutive interpretation (for visits on 18 April) and simultaneous interpretation (for formal evidence) by HKG.
Secretarial/clerical service
BTC will hire a secretary for FAC. Other office facilities (e.g. typewriters, facsimile machine, copying machine) are available at the hotel business centre or at CGO and GIS. Usher and refreshment services will be provided inside CGO. FAC to pay
for drinks and refreshments.
To confirm with FAC whether one of their clerks will do the shorthand writing during formal and informal sessions.
