VISIT TO HONG KONG

I can now confirm that Mrs Parkinson will be available as necessary to provide secretarial assistance to the Committee and will be located in the office made available by the Hong Kong Government Information Service. A charge will need to be made should any overtime be worked.

There will in fact be a need for simultaneous interpretation facilities; the Hong Kong Government is making arrangements and I hope that details will be available by the weekend.
