of remaining difficulty;
a revised briefing pack on nationality.
The Secretary of State should note that the Clerks have made it clear that the Committee would not expect the opening statement to exceed 2-3 minutes. In their view it need only consist of some opening courtesies and one or two bull points. It may well be
