DO AUSTRALIA AND CANADA OFFER_SPECIAL TERMS TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE FROM
HONG KONG TO EMIGRATE?
No. They set annual immigration quotas for designated occupational groups.
But this quota system is applied on world-wide not on country by country basis. There are no special inducements in respect of Hong Kong
(If pressed) Existence of large and prosperous overseas Chinese
communities in Australia and Canada undoubtedly exerts significant attraction for potential immigrants.
