Following these evidence sessions, the Committee will prepare and agree a Report on Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union, which it intends to publish in Spring 1989.
B. FIRST SPECIAL REPORT: DEVELOPMENTS IN THE HORN OF AFRICA
The Foreign Affairs Committee issued its First Special Report (HC (1988-89) 63) on 12 January 1989. The Special Report publishes a memorandum from the Overseas Development Administration which updates the Government's Observations on the Committee's Report on Famine in the Horn of Africa. (HC (1987-88) 297).
C. SECOND SPECIAL REPORT: INFORMAL MEETINGS UNDERTAKEN BY THE COMMITTEE IN SESSION 1987-88
The Foreign Affairs Committee will publish its Second Special Report (HC (1988-89) 21) on 26 January 1989.
