The PADS studies have

Some issues will be common to all strategies whilst others will be strategy dependent and hence will need to await the final selection of one Recommended Strategy. For those issues which are common to all strategies, we have already initiated action. Attention will now be focused on the completion of studies relating to funding and major institutional issues and on the detailed evaluation of each of the Recommended Strategies in terms
