SECURITY FACILITIES OF THE CONSULATE-GENERAL IN ZURICH

I have spoken to Security Department and they have given me the following advice.

1.

The Consulate-General can only hold up to limited amounts of confidential papers. There are no cypher facilities.

2.

3.

It would be possible, after clearance from Security Department, to send telegram traffic and higher classified papers through Berne which must be taken by courier across Zurich. These papers must be seen only on a read-return or read-destroy basis.
