An Ordinance to amend the Criminal Procedure Ordinance.

[6 May 1988]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Criminal Procedure (Amend- Short title. ment) Ordinance 1988.

Section 65B(3)(c) of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment of deleting the comma after "thereof” and substituting the following-

"and, unless otherwise agreed by or on behalf of the prosecutor and defendant (or, if more than one, all the defendants), the translation shall be".
