Existing Offence
As owner or occupier, knowingly permitting girl under 13 to resort to or be on premises or vessel for prostitution or unlawful sexual intercourse
(penalty: life imprisonment)
As owner or occupier, knowingly permitting girl under 16 to resort to or be on premises or vessel for prositution or unlawful sexual intercourse
(penalty: 14 years)
As owner or occupier, knowingly permitting a female defective to resort to or be on premises or vessel for unlawful sexual intercourse or prostitution (penalty: 10 years)
