MENTAL HEALTH (AMENDMENT)

(2) Section 5(1)(b) of the Judicial Proceedings (Regulation of Reports) Ordinance is amended by deleting "or IV" and substituting the following--

(3) The Securities Ordinance is amended

(Cap. 333.)

(a)

in section 53(1)(a)(ii) by deleting "patient, as defined in section 2 of that Ordinance" and substituting the following-

"person suffering or appearing to suffer from mental disorder within the meaning of that Ordinance";

(b) in section 55(2)(a) by deleting sub-paragraph (i) and substituting

the following

(Cap. 136.)

“(i) suffers or appears to suffer from mental disorder within the meaning of the Mental Health Ordinance;".
