Thank you for your letter of 12 September to Carsten Pigott. I now enclose copies of the English and Chinese texts of the Poland/PRC Civil and Criminal Judicial Assistance Agreement. As we were not clear in what language your copy of the France/PRC was, I am enclosing English and Chinese copies of that Agreement. We are also obtaining copies of the Belgium/PRC Agreement, which I shall forward in due course.

I am also enclosing a copy of an article from Fazhi Ribao which discusses the differences between the France/PRC and Poland/PRC Agreements.
