In my letter of 28 September I promised that we would forward to you, in due course, a copy of the Belgian/PRC Agreement. Unfortunately, we have now found out that we will not be able to obtain a copy. However, we have been told that the Sino-Belgian Agreement is similar to the Sino-French one, but without the provisions for the mutual recognition and enforcement of civil judgements.
