mentioned in the above three items duly certified true and

correct.

Procedures of Acceptance and Execution

Requests for acceptance and execution of judgment may be raised

by the courts of a contracting party to the courts of the other party

through the channel provided for in Article 6, sub. (1) in this Agreement,

or they may also be raised by the person(s) concerned directly to the

courts of the other contracting party with jurisdiction over the impending

acceptance and execution of the judgment.

In the procedures of acceptance and execution of judgment, the

court shall only examine whether the judgment conform with the conditions

laid down in this Agreement.

Article 19 Binding Effect of Acceptance and Execution

Once judgment of a contracting party has been accepted or

executed by the court of the other contracting party, it will have the

same binding effect as a judgment made by the court of the party which

accepts or executes the judgment.

Article 20 Refusal to Accept and Execute

In any one of the following situations, the judgments listed in

article 16 of this Agreement will not be accepted or executed :

according to the law of the contracting party which is going to

accept or execute the judgment, the judgment is given by a court

which has no jurisdiction;

according to the law of the contracting party which gives the

judgment, the judgment is not yet effective or cannot be

executed;
