1. The Power of Attorney shall be signed by the Appointor and must

specify the subject and limit of authority for which it shall be

effective. When an agent ad litem acts on behalf of his principle

in acknowledging, withdrawing or changing the subject matter of a case,

or engages in conciliation, initiates a counterclaim or an appeal, he

must possess special authorization from his principle..

A party to a lawsuit should inform the People's Court in writing if

the authority delegated to an agent ad litem is changed or revoked.

This Power of Attorney is made in triplicite. One copy shall be

retained by the Appointor, one copy by the Appointee, and one copy

shall be filed with the People's Courr.

If this Power of Attorney is not presented in person to the People's

Court by the Appointor, it shall be endorsed by the Public Notarial

organs of the People's Republic of China or by Public Notaries in

Hong Kong, those notarial power is recognized by the Ministry of Justice

of the People's Republic of China.
