Registration Certificate and Number, the registered

Memorandum and Articles of Associations, etc.). The

original of the Status Declaration and copies of the

aforementioned documents shall be endorsed by a

Notary Public in Hong Kong Those notarial power shall

be recognized by the Ministry of Justice of the

Feople's Republic of China, and shall be submitted to this

Court.

Should you wish to appoint a Representative to conduct the

case for you, you shall prepare a Power of Attorney and

submit the same to this Court; should you wish to instruct

a lawyer to conduct the case for you, you must instruct a

lawyer of the People's Republic of China.

If a divorce case involves a representative, the parties

shall also appear in court in person, unless a party is

incapable of expressing his own will. A party who is

genuinely unable to appear in court due to a particular

reason, should submit his opinions in writing to the

People's Court, and the same must be endorsed by a

Hong Kong Hotary Public with such notarial power as is

recognized by the Ministry of Justice of the People's

Republic of China.
