(c) Decides, finally, to entrust this Special Commission with the task of ceeding to an exchange of views on the possibility of using the 1970 Convention for the taking of evidence abroad in the context of arbitral proceedings, while instructing the Secretary General to obtain any useful information from international organizations or bodies specialized in the field of arbitration.
Done at The Hague, on the 20th day of October nineteen hundred and eighty-four, in a single copy which shall be deposited in the archives of the Permanent Bureau, and of which a certified copy shall be sent to each of the Governments represented at the Fifteenth Session of the Conference.
