APPLICATION TO COLONIES

I sent you the latest version of the clause about the colonies on

9 March. We believe everyone is happy with it. But here it is

again, coupled with a formal motion to leave out clause 20. As

we have now got as far as Report, we really do need such a

motion on the Order Paper. I am sending copies of the drafts and

of this letter to MacLeod, Kowalski and Erskine.
