(a) a bundle containing the amendments relating to
other international conventions;
(b) your own amendments, with alterations to bring the
clause about extradition under Part I (where the
trouble really arises) into line with Mac)
amendments; end
(c) a copy of a letter to MacLeod.
You will see from that letter that a copy of it, together with
copies of the miscellaneous international convention amendments,
is on the way to Aust.
I am sending copies of this letter and of your amendments to
David Bentley, Kowalski, Erskine and MacLeod. In other words
everybody concerned with either torture or the other conventions
should have a copy of everything.
