HOUSING (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1988

(No. 16 of 1988)

The main purpose of this Ordinance is to transfer all housing functions of the Secretary for Housing to the Housing Authority established under the Housing Ordinance. As a consequence of this transfer of functions, provisions of the Housing Ordinance respecting membership of the Housing Authority and financial matters are amended.

2. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
