Members have asked me, in conveying this recommendation to you, to reiterate that they would not wish such expansion to be at the expense of planned and approved growth at the other tertiary institutions. Unless, therefore, additional funding can be made available for this purpose, members consider that the College's student population should remain at its present approved level of 3,000 fte.
