Section 43 is amended

by being renumbered as subsection (1) thereof;

and

by adding after subsection (1) -

"(2)

Where a company is deemed under

section 2 of the Companies Ordinance to be,

for the purposes of that Ordinance, a

subsidiary of a licensee, the licensee

shall, not later than 6 months after the end

of an accounting year of the company,

submit, or cause to be submitted, to the

Financial Secretary a copy of the company's

audited accounts for that year.".
