the periods during which such
broadcasting material is required
to be broadcast under this section
shall in the aggregate not exceed
any of the following
(i)
2 hours in any period of
24 hours commencing at 6 a.m.;
(ii) 2 hours in the 15 hours
between the hours of 7 p.m. and 10
p.m. in any period from Monday to
Friday inclusive in any week;
(iii) in case the programme
service is a Chinese service, 12
hours in any week; and
(iv) in case the programme
service is an English service, 6
hours in any week.
(3)
A requirement made under this
section shall be complied with by the
licensee concerned."
