between 2 programmes,
the maximum
period specified as regards such
intervals in such a Code of
Practice which so applies,
and in addition to the foregoing,
in case there are 2 or more such
periods in any clock hour, they
shall not in the aggregate exceed
10 minutes;
(b) where there are 2 or more such
periods in any 24 hours beginning
at 6 a.m. on any day, they shall
not in the aggregate be greater
than 10 per cent of the whole of
the time during which there is in
the 24 hours any broadcast on that
service;
(c) no classified advertisement is
broadcast at any time which is not
between the hours of 2 a.m. and
12 noon and when such an
advertisement is broadcast, the
limits (if any) specified under
subsection (2) (b) which are for
