owned by another licensee), or
both, as is or are specified in
the direction; and
(i) to permit the transmission
by means, either wholly or partly,
of the licensee's telecom-
munications installation for
reception in two or more places in
Hong Kong, of sounds or visual
images, or both, which
(A)
is or are supplied by
any other person, other
than a licensee, for
such transmission; and
(B)
is or are specified in
the licence or is or are
of a description so
specified; or
(ii)
to supply for transmission
by means, either wholly or partly,
