referred to in subsection (3) (b);

and

(ii)

the total number of

voting shares (if any) of the

relevant licensee held by the

person referred to in sub-

paragraph (i) immediately after

registration of the transfer; and

in relation to any application

mentioned in this section

-

(i) the percentage (if any) of

the issued voting shares of the

relevant licensee which the shares

mentioned in paragraph (a)(ii) or

(b)(ii), as may be appropriate,

comprise; and

(ii) such other particulars

(if any) as are specified in

regulations made under subsection

(6) and which apply in the

particular case.
