Where the Broadcasting Authority
gives a permission under this
subsection, then for so long as the
permission remains in force
subsection (1) shall, in relation to
the programme service to which the
permission relates, be construed and
have effect subject to the terms of
the permission."; and
(b) by adding after subsection (5)
"(6) In this section "clock hour" means a
period of 60 minutes beginning on any hour."
