The Foreign Secretary has asked me to thank you for
your letter of 16 May inviting him to contribute a few
words to mark the 50th anniversary of Sing Tao newspapers
in Hong Kong and the 13th anniversary of its European
edition.
He would be pleased to accept. His message (which
is also on behalf of the other FCO Ministers to whom you
wrote) is as follows:
