This Ordinance amends the Registration of Local Newspapers Ordinance -

(a) by excluding from the definition of "printed

document" certain documents of a bona fide commercial, professional, social or administrative purpose and documents used by public bodies; and

(b)

by prohibiting the registration of a local newspaper under a name identical with one already registered.

Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
