ON RESUMPTION AND CLEARANCE ·

(b) MASS TRANSIT RAILWAY FARES
Miss Maria Tam reported on the recent LegCo
Transport Panel discussions at which it had been proposed
that implementation of the MTRC's congestion plan should
be deferred. The TAC would consider the matter later
that day and the MTRC Board would meet the following
