15. (1)

PART VI

EXHIBITION OF FILMS

A person shall not exhibit a film in respect

of which a certificate of exemption has been issued under

section 9 or a certificate of approval has been issued under

section 13 unless the certificate, or a legible photocopy

thereof, is displayed and kept displayed in a conspicuous

position in or about the entrance to the part of the place

intended to be occupied by persons viewing the exhibition of

the film during the period of the exhibition of the film.

(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits

an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of

$10,000.

ESTABLISHMENT OF BOARD OF REVIEW

AND FUNCTIONS OF BOARD

16. (1) For the purposes of this Ordinance, there is

hereby established a Board of Review.
