"(da) the building works are within a comprehensive development area of an approved or draft plan prepared under the Town Planning Ordinance and the works contravene a master lay-out plan approved by the Town Planning Board under section 4A(2) of the Town Planning Ordinance;".

(2) Section 12(aa) of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance is (Cap. 124.) amended by deleting "or (e)" and substituting the following-

“, (e) or (ƒ)”.

(3) Section 8(3)(b) of the Land Acquisition (Possessory Title) Ordi- (Cap. 130.) nance is amended by deleting "or (e)" and substituting the following—

1988.

", (e) or (ƒ)".
