Amendment of section 12.

NURSES REGISTRATION (AMENDMENT)

5. Section 12(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "headquarters of the Medical and Health Department" and substituting the following-

"offices of the Board".

6. (1) The Nurses (Registration and Disciplinary Procedure) Regula- tions are amended in regulations 15(1)(b)(iv), (4), (6)(d) and (8) and 31(a) by deleting "Director" wherever it occurs and substituting the following-

"chairman".

(2) The Enrolled Nurses (Enrolment and Disciplinary Procedure) Regulations are amended in regulations 15(1)(b)(iv), (4), (6)(d) and (8) and 31(a) by deleting "Director" wherever it occurs and substituting the following-

1988.

"chairman".
