NURSES REGISTRATION (AMENDMENT)
5. Section 12(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "headquarters of the Medical and Health Department" and substituting the following
"offices of the Board".
6. (1) The Nurses (Registration and Disciplinary Procedure) Regula- tions are amended in regulations 15(1)(b)(iv), (4), (6)(d) and (8) and 31(a) by deleting "Director" wherever it occurs and substituting the following-
"chairman".
(2) The Enrolled Nurses (Enrolment and Disciplinary Procedure) Regulations are amended in regulations 15(1)(b)(iv), (4), (6)(d) and (8) and 31(a) by deleting "Director" wherever it occurs and substituting the following---
1988.
"chairman".
