5. Section 6(2) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of "Director" and substituting the following-
"consultant dental surgeon in charge of the Dental Service of the Medical and Health Department".

6. Section 16(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of "President of the Council" and substituting the following-

The Dentists (Registration and Disciplinary Procedure) Regula- Consequential tions are amended-
(a) in regulation 12-
(i) in paragraphs (1)(b), (4)(a) and (6), by deleting "Director" wherever it occurs and substituting the following—
"Chairman"; and
(ii) in paragraph (4)(c) by deleting "the Colony" and substitut- ing the following-
"Hong Kong"; and
(b) in regulation 27(a), by deleting "Director" and substituting the
following-
amendments.
