TALKS WITH THE VIETNAMESE ON BOAT PEOPLE:

11-12 OCTOBER 1988

Talks are being held here between Vietnamese and British and Hong Kong representatives on 11-12 October to discuss the problem of the Vietnamese Boat People in Hong Kong.

2.

I should be most grateful if you could provide us with some place-cards for use at the talks. Below is a list of the names. If we could have the cards on Monday, 10 October, it would be helpful, so that we have plenty of time to set out the room for the talks.
