Conclusion
- Our aim: to demonstrate to all Vietnamese, those trying to leave
and those trying to run the country, that they have to build a
nation which can support own people.
The sanctions: the eyes of the world will be on Hanoi.
Forceful repatriation? Their future lies in Vietnam. We are
working very hard for best possible arrangements under arrangements
worked out with UNHCR.
