EC/SCP/13: Voluntary Repatriation

We have not se received the brief on this. The text will be telegraphed to you as soon as it is available. The only comment Mr McDowall, has on this paper which is a general statement of principle is on para 15. The Home Office will be looking at the question of travel documentation with their Legal Adviser.
