The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED :

(a) that a further

three-month

extension of the period

within which the purchaser is

required to complete and

bring into operation a

hospital on the lot should be

granted free of premium.

This is to enable the grantee

either to start development

of a hospital or

or dispose of

the lot for that purpose,

subject to paragraph 12 of

the memorandum with the

proviso that in sub-paragraph

(b), the extension be granted

free of premium for three

months

sub-paragraph

only

and

in

(c),

that

appropriate

further

extensions

should be granted

at premia to be calculated at

the start of the three-month

free extension,

satisfactory

subject to

implementation

of an agreed programme;
