Dear Madam Prime Minister:

As a member of the Honorary Advisory Committee of the Indochina Resource Action Center (IRAC), I would like to request your assistance with the Center's upcoming trip to Hong Kong.

It has been brought to my attention that IRAC has been denied to detention centers housing Vietnamese boat people and screening centers in Hong Kong. The findings from this visit will be helpful for all parties involved in the first asylum process.

I would appreciate any assistance you may provide in facilitating the IRAC project. Thank you for your time and consideration of this issue. Please contact me if I may offer any assistance to you in this matter.

incerely your
