B. You are entitled to appeal against refusal of leave to enter or against the decision that you require leave to enter; you are also entitled to appeal ** against removal/in appealing to object to being removed to the country or territory specified above. Any such appeal will be considered by the independent appellate authorities established for the purposes of the Act.
C. If you wish to appeal you should tell me or another immigration officer before the ship or aircraft leaves, or complete and return form IS 87 if you wish to give notice of appeal in writing.
If you decide to appeal after you have been removed, you should send written notice of appeal to me, addressed to HM Inspector at the above address, to arrive not later than 28 days after your departure from the United Kingdom.
ASSISTANCE D. The United Kingdom Immigrants Advice Service (UKIAS) is a voluntary organisation AND ADVICE independent of the Government. If you wish, they will advise you about the decision which has been taken against you and represent you at your appeal hearing. This assistance is confidential and free. Please ask if you wish to be put in touch with UKIAS.
