I attach the agenda, as it stands at present, for the next Asia Working Group and a draft Coreu reply to CPE/SEC 336. I understand that you will decide whether or not you are going in the light of what happens at the Hanover Council.
2.
Departmental briefing responsibilities are in brackets beside each agenda item. SEAD will brief Mr Colvin direct. If you are not going, Mr Coivin would like to see SAD briefs; if you do go, I assume that SAD will brief you direct. This can be resolved after the Hanover Council.
3. Mr Colvin would like to have briefs to look at over the weekend before the AWG. I should be grateful therefore if I could have FED and SPD briefs (two copies, standard format; and if necessary SAD briefs one copy, standard format) by lunchtime on Friday 1 July for submission to Mr Colvin that afternoon.
