As you may know, the Governor during his recent visit in Europe raised with Mr. Tindemans, the Foreign Minister of Belgium, the question of resettlement of 31 Vietnamese refugees with close family links in Belgium. Mr. Tindemans replied that he was prepared to accept these refugees in Belgium, and also asked for further details.

I therefore enclose a list of these refugees with the addresses of their relatives in Belgium for your consideration.
