I submit, as agreed, a brief on Vietnamese boat people in Hong Kong for your use on this forthcoming seminar. Although the boat people issue is not directly relevant to the subject of immigrant communities, it is a matter of considerable topical interest which might therefore come up in the margins of the seminar.
